With advanced technology and modern equipments being introduced over the past decade into the marine aquarium hobby, increasing numbers of marine fish, corals and invertebrates have been successfully maintained in captivity. Even so, there is still much to be learned. The responsibility rests upon we aquarists to provide the best possible living conditions for the marine life we so appreciate. This site is dedicated to amateur and advanced marine aquarists, who are utilizing this exciting new informational technology to better understand the captive systems and their limitations as well as new concepts and techniques. Furthermore, it serves to raise public awareness regarding the protection of our natural coral reef environments.
